Boca Raton Square sits east of I-95 in East Boca Raton, between Palmetto Park Road to the north and several streets north of SW 18th Street to the south. Over 1,400 homes sit on tree-lined streets with mature landscaping. The neighborhood is not gated.
Most homes were built in the 1960s and 1970s, ranging from approximately 1,200 to over 3,500 square feet. A large share have been fully updated with new roofs, impact windows, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and custom pools. New construction has come in as well, with modern custom builds replacing older homes on some of the more desirable lots. At any given time, the market here includes a mix of move-in ready renovations, original condition homes priced for investors, and brand new builds.
There is no HOA. No mandatory dues, no rules board, no shared amenity fees.
Sugar Sand Park is about 7 minutes away. Town Center at Boca Raton is around 12 minutes. Mizner Park and South Beach Park run approximately 11 to 15 minutes. For an East Boca address without the overhead of a club community, the location holds up well at this price point.
