What Is It Like to Live in Boca Isles, Boca Raton?

Boca Isles North and Boca Isles South are located in West Boca Raton, north of Glades Road, south of Yamato Road, and west of Cain Boulevard. Both were developed by Lennar Homes in the mid-1990s. Each has its own manned guard gate and its own HOA.

Boca Isles North has homes across two internal sections, The Sanctuary and The Preserve, available in one and two-story configurations. Boca Isles South has homes across two sections, The Reserve and The Enclave. Architecture across both communities runs Mediterranean and Ranch, with a large number of lots backing directly to lakes or preserves. The mature landscaping throughout gives the streets a settled character that newer West Boca developments do not yet have.

A meaningful portion of resale inventory has been updated since original construction. Renovated kitchens, new roofs, and pool additions are common throughout both sections. Each community runs its own HOA covering security, common area maintenance, and full access to community amenities.

Outside the gates, South County Regional Park is about 5 minutes away. Uptown Boca and Shadowood Square are both under 10 minutes for dining and everyday shopping, and Osprey Point Public Golf Course is nearby. For those who want to take full advantage of everything Boca Raton has to offer, Town Center Boca Raton is under 25 minutes, and the Florida Turnpike puts Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami all within practical reach.
