Boca Falls sits at the far western edge of Boca Raton, where Glades Road and Palmetto Park Road converge. Boca Falls is made up of ten subdivisions, each with its own streets, feel, and HOA fee structure. The subdivisions include The Cascades, Crystal Pointe, Emerald Isle, Emerald Pointe, Majestic Bay, Majestic Pointe, Mystic Bay, Mystic Cove, The Estates, and Victoria Falls.

 

The community was built in the mid-1990s. Architecture throughout the community runs Mediterranean, ranch, and Colonial, with enough variety that no two streets look identical. A lot of the lots sit on lake frontage, and a large portion of the resale inventory has been meaningfully updated. New roofs, renovated kitchens, screened lanais, and pools are common. This is not a neighborhood where homes have been sitting untouched since they were built.

 

Since the start of 2026, homes in Boca Falls have sold from $840,000 to $1.75M, with a median sold price of $1,175,000.

 

Boca Falls is zoned for Waters Edge Elementary, Loggers' Run Middle School, and West Boca High School.

 

South County Regional Park is less than 15 minutes away, with trails, sports fields, and open green space. Uptown Boca is under 10 minutes for dining and everyday shopping. Town Center Boca Raton is under 25 minutes. The Florida Turnpike is nearby for quick access north to Palm Beach or south toward Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
