Alex was the realtor and friend I finally found after two years. Was able to represent the best my home could offer. Went over and above his duty to reach the final goal at the best price. Smart negotiator to bring the best result for his customer. His knows his territory well, and will advise you for your best interest according to the market fluctuation. He will always take your calls, even when he was about to be married, took the time to speak with me (Michelle please forgive me).
