For buyers still comparing options across Central and South Boca, it helps to understand how Boca Pointe fits within the broader Boca Raton homes for sale market before going deeper.

What Is It Like to Live in Boca Pointe, Boca Raton?

Boca Pointe sits between Powerline Rd and the Florida Turnpike, with SW 18th St to the south. The community covers about 1,000 acres organized into 28 distinct villages, each with its own character, HOA, and price point.

You can find condominiums, townhomes, villas, and single-family homes across the community's 28 villages. The newest construction is Pointe 100, a townhome village built around 2016 to 2017. The range spans from mid-rise condominiums along the water to larger single-family homes deeper in the community.

Each village manages its own HOA in addition to the master association, so buyers carry two layers of HOA. The master association, Boca Pointe Community Association, covers road maintenance, the nine manned gated entrances, roving patrols, and landscaping of the common areas. What the village-level fees cover and what they cost varies by section.

For shopping and dining close to home, Boardwalk at Boca Raton sits on SW 18th Street and Powerline Road, and the Garden Shops at Boca Del Mar are a short drive away. Boca Raton's downtown and Mizner Park are to the northeast. South Beach Park and Red Reef Park are accessible via West Palmetto Park Road. For commuters, I-95 runs to the east via Palmetto Park Road, connecting south to Fort Lauderdale and north to West Palm Beach.

What Does The Club at Boca Pointe Offer?

Membership at The Club at Boca Pointe is not mandatory. You do not need to join to live in the community, and non-residents may also join. The club is owned and operated by Heritage Golf Group, which acquired it in 2021 following a vote by its equity members.
