The community has 203 single-family homes spread across three phases, each with its own street loop. The oldest section runs along Parkside Circle South, followed by Parkside Circle North developed in 1985 and 1986, with Park Avenue making up the final phase. Two gated entrances serve the community. The main entrance off Military Trail has a staffed guardhouse, and the east gate provides residents-only access.
