Pastis, French Brasserie

Palm Beach County’s dining scene has been moving fast. Between new concepts landing from New York City, locally owned first locations, and long-awaited comebacks, 2026 is shaping up to be a notable year for food across the county. For buyers relocating to the area, the restaurant lineup is one more reason the lifestyle here is hard to match.

Sit-Down Restaurants

Fabricant Farms — Jupiter

American, Farm-to-Table

Opening this fall at 16891 Jupiter Farms Rd in the former Farmhouse Cafe space, Fabricant Farms will include a full restaurant, an ice cream shop, and an arcade. Targeting a fall 2026 opening.

Smoke & Maple Gastropub — Palm Beach Gardens

American Gastropub

A locally owned first location opening at Avenir Town Center in Palm Beach Gardens. The menu features daily rotating oysters, a smash burger, and locally sourced seasonal ingredients, led by Chef Dave Schroeder. The team brings over 100 years of combined restaurant experience rooted in Palm Beach County. Located at 12325 Northlake Blvd., Suite 130. Opening late spring/summer 2026.

Phat Boy Sushi — Palm Beach Gardens

Modern Japanese Fusion

The popular South Florida chain is opening its second Palm Beach County location in Downtown Gardens at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. The menu covers sushi, ramen, rice and noodle dishes, and more. Expected to open in June 2026.

Nami Nori — West Palm Beach

Japanese Temaki

The New York City-born concept known for open-style temaki hand rolls is landing in West Palm Beach’s Nora District. Each roll is built to order and meant to be eaten immediately, with crisp nori, warm rice, and a range of seafood and vegetable fillings. Opening soon at the Nora District on North Railroad Avenue.

Pastis — West Palm Beach

French Brasserie

The Parisian-style brasserie that has anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years is bringing its third location to West Palm Beach, opening as the signature restaurant inside the Nora Hotel in October 2026. Expect French classics: onion soup, steak frites, raw bar, and a full wine list.

Lynora’s — Royal Palm Beach

Italian

The family-owned Italian concept is opening a new location in Royal Palm Beach, taking over the former TGI Fridays in the BJ’s plaza. Opening June 2026.

C.R. Chicks — Boynton Beach

Rotisserie Chicken

The menu centers on rotisserie chicken sourced from a single farm in Alabama, slow roasted over Brazilian oak logs and prepared to order. Sides, sauces, and baked goods are all made in house. Opening fall 2026.

Nômade — Boca Raton

Global Cuisine

Originally from Westport, CT, Nômade is a globally inspired dining concept built around the flavors of North Africa, the Mediterranean, Santorini, Spain, France, Asia, and Hungary. The concept is making its South Florida debut in Boca Raton, with a menu designed to transport you somewhere new with each visit. Opening date to be confirmed, check back for updates.

Cafes, Bakeries & More

Not every notable opening in 2026 is a full sit-down restaurant. A few lighter concepts worth keeping an eye on are joining the mix across the county this year.

  • Pilar Coffee Bar — Palm Beach Gardens | Specialty coffee and iced treats, opening in Palm Beach Gardens. Opening date will be towards the end of 2026.
  • Naked Farmer — West Palm Beach | A fast-casual, farm-to-table concept focused on locally sourced ingredients, opening this summer at the Outlets at West Palm Beach.
  • Black Star Bakery — Boca Raton | A New York City staple making its South Florida debut in Boca Raton this spring.

Also on the Radar

A few more concepts are confirmed for Palm Beach County but have not announced official opening dates yet.

  • Ford’s Garage — Boynton Beach | The 1920s-themed burger and craft beer concept is returning to Palm Beach County with a new Boynton Beach location.
  • Cooper’s Hawk — Delray Beach | The national winery and restaurant chain is opening its third Palm Beach County location at the former Duffy’s space at 1750 S Federal Hwy in Delray Beach.

More Than Just a Good Meal

The pace of new restaurant openings across Palm Beach County tells you something about where the market is headed. Dining options are one of the first things buyers ask about when they’re relocating, and the variety landing here in 2026 reflects real demand. From Jupiter to Boca Raton the lifestyle appeal of this area keeps getting stronger.
